SANWICH WORKSPACE is a private workspace at https://ws.iamsanwich.com. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the service. For questions, contact contact@iamsanwich.com.
1. Who we are
The service is operated by SANWICH. Contact: contact@iamsanwich.com.
2. Information we process
We process account information used to sign in, workspace content created in the product, and Google data the administrator chooses to connect, such as calendar, files, or media. We also keep limited technical logs needed to run the service.
3. How we use information
Information is used only to operate, secure, and improve the workspace. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
4. Google API Services Limited Use
SANWICH WORKSPACE's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Sharing
We share information only with Google when the administrator authorizes an integration, with infrastructure providers that host the service, or when required by law.
6. Storage and retention
Data is stored on systems used to run the workspace and is kept only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Disconnecting a Google integration stops further access through that connection.
7. Access, deletion, and revocation
The administrator can revoke Google access from the workspace at any time. Requests to access or delete stored data can be sent to contact@iamsanwich.com.
8. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13.
